Frank Henry describes the history and operation of the Choctaw Indian Hospital. He explains that there is little faith in the doctors at the hospital by the community, who prefer to see traditional Choctaw doctors and are not confident in the competence of the hospital staff. He discusses his own experiences attending the hospital and how it has improved since he was a child. He speaks about how it is difficult to pay doctors a competitive wage to stay at the hospital, and his belief that young Choctaw should go to medical school.
